Yes, it's misandry. If it was gender neutral, e.g. "single parents", then it would not be. This person has different rules for women and men.

I mean it's not the best way to say it but I understand - omitting the fact that you have children is a serious thing, especially for dating apps.

This one could just be a vent in poor taste - I'd have to se her other posts before I'd call her a misandrist.

For making it legal/illegal, extend it to marriage: before marriage, there should be a set of things chosen by law to be disclosed to the other person.

I don't think govt should be interfering other than that in dating.

idk if it's misandry, but I agree that people on dating apps should disclose they have children, regardless of the parent's gender.

and no it should not be illegal to not do so
