Non American here with a nurse as a mother and even they still put out that myth that "you should clean under there" without realising that the skin is joined and you can't get under there without forcing it - which is what many people have done in their lives but are often too young to remember it happening... Sometimes I’m shocked by the lack of sex education. Erections have nothing to do with full bladders. And vice versa. My wife has told me that her first husband had her convinced that waking up with an erection meant he had to pee. I had to explain how a man’s body really works.

That's fascinating. When I was growing up, I didn't understand why my penis would become hard sometimes. I was too young to know what sex was. I asked my mother why it's happening. She said if I go to the toilet it might stop. Somehow she knew.
