If you want to skip the story and jump to my survival. HERE

Death by 1000 paper cuts. That's how I'd describe my marriage. I've always had a child like faith. Carefree problem solver. Enjoying life in every way.

Everything was perfect. Her mother loved and adored me. Her father knew that I was going to take care of his little girl.

Prior to the marriage (way to young) she would send me messages and letters that she couldn't wait to be my wife. To fully support my dreams. Eager to learn to be a good wife.

I mean who isn't buying?

I would say "how can it get better than this and her?"

Literately, our wedding day it began.

You see when you're 23 you are so dumb. You think you know it all. You have little patience.

Well after our wedding ceremony she wanted to take pics. I WAS STARVING. But like a good little new husband......I sucked it up.

FORTY FIVE MINUTES and the crowd patiently waiting on us we finally make our grand entrance.

To the claps and cheers and us smiling and waving.........I make a b line for the horderves.

This would be cut number 1.

As we left the reception she told me that I left her.

I explained that we'd taken pics and I was starving.

I'll spare you the 999 to 10,000 other cuts over the next 15 years.

Never able to do anything right. Second guessed and questioned about EVERYTHING.

Nothing ever good enough. Never content about anything.

I will say sex was never weaponized. I don't think she had an option in that area. But I digress.

And then in year 15.........the death blow.

I find out about her infidelity.

It was particularly brutal because we were virgins. I was 23 and she 20. (Did I say never get married this young? WELL DON'T)

My whole world crashed. The one thing I thought would hold us together. Gone. And from what I gathered it was a stranger from some game she played on her phone with. Joy. And so after me trying my best. It was over. I knew it when I found out a stranger stuck his dick in her. I tried though. Boy I gave it my best.

Oh you may wonder about her parents and what they thought. Well, he father passed 5 years in. And as for her mother........she was in a nursing home for dementia. Eventually passed a month after we finalized of alzheimer's.

As for the rest of her family. They never really liked me. I was too real and raw for their fake bullshit all the time. And them being in laws.....I never let up and called them out. They thought I was weird. I KNEW THEY WERE FUCKING CRAZY.

Naturally my wife played the victim. "I didn't feel loved". EYE ROLL.

And that's why we never could reconcile. I just couldn't trust her.

Betrayal is a bitch.

There are MANY other things about my story. Some of which you can read in my posts and comments.

3.5 years removed now. And I can tell you that I'm the strongest and getting stronger every day. The paper cuts didn't win.

Hang in there fellas. Enjoy your Sunday. Cheers.

How my survival is going. :)
