I don't truly understand my ex's intentions, she was clearly not happy with me. But I think her main reason for exit is to grab all the cash she can get and just waste it on her "fun". Quite frankly, as a single mom, middle aged, not looking so hot, it's a tough world out there 😂. I wish her luck, and really hope she picks someone that takes care of her. Walking away with half my shit isn't going to increase her value. She's as good as she always was, and now probably less desirable ✌️

bruh, idk if my ex is a narcissist, I think that term gets thrown around a lot, but I do think she is ultimately selfish and doesn't even realize it. She fits every situation and belief to most benefit her situation, doesn't see herself as a smaller part of a more important whole, if that makes sense, either in a relationship, an organization, or a church. Ultimately life is all about what serves her most in a moment. She too is a "career" type of woman, which, if you can be a loyal partner is fine, but ultimately she saw me in a low moment and bolted. Sad for her because I didn't stay down for long. All that to say, I knew what I was looking for this time around and found someone who matched my values more completely.

I just signed my final divorce agreement Monday and got what I wanted. Kept the house, kept all of my 401k, joint legal and physical custody, and the kids are happy with the way things are but more importantly my kids know that it’s okay to leave a toxic marriage with an angry bitter spouse. My dad asked me why I wasn’t leading by example and I did a 180 on staying for the kids’ sake. I filed two weeks later and that was summer of 2020. Fight for your kids until they take them away and get comfortable saying no that’s not fair, I won’t agree to it.

Feels lonely af coz i dont get to have gf again as my game is bad or just out of luck in looks dept. I was in a dead bedroom with ex for years so doesnt really make a difference except for having someone to talk to despite her mood swing and rage episodes(2-3 times a month) with physical abuse. she was half my size but still used to head butt my chest trying to get a response knowing i wouldnt touch her.Only benefit is being at peace when i come home.

My kids are with ex as elder son is mildly autistic and is better served in east coast schools. schools in california not good for extra support. I miss the kids and cry myself to sleep. PLan to get a remote job next year so that should fix that. so i can spend a few months in the year in east coast(not leaving my city in california as i have setup a support system here with friends and doctors, coz no family in usa here for me)

This has been a big part of my healing. Just internalizing and really understanding that this next victim isn't going to get any better treatment than I received. And coming to understand that this means I've won, in a sense. Like. you can put up with this demon in your life for as long as you want, you stupid fuck.

Thanks for taking her off my hands. Although I couldn't ever actually thank a person who fucks up my family because he wants to make his penis feel good. Ultimately the number of families I have destroyed is zero, and my conscience is squeaky clean. Even my own family, if I really consider what happened, I did everything I could to make it work, I even put up with far more than I probably should have.

I sleep good at night knowing that I'm a good person. This poor fuck is her next victim and he just might have a low enough self-respect level to put up with the sort of treatment she will give him, and if he does, that's dark and sad and god help him.

Fact is, they never leave you for someone better. It's always someone with less self-respect, with less potential, with less character. Someone who is less. Congrats, your ex wins a loser and the loser wins a person who will treat them extremely poorly.

They deserve each other.
