Two years post divorce.

I wake up every morning and I have this huge struggle. It's probably from my comfortable king sized bed. I wake with a smile and don't know why. No pain in my neck or back. It could be from the steak and eggs I have for breakfast nearly every morning. It could be from coming and going as I please with no one to tell me what to do or to criticize my problem solving skills. The no nagging is a real struggle though let me tell you.

 

Today after I slept in a little.....worked out......I took a shower and managed my online business and then hit the town on my motorcycle. It's such a battle I tell you. I don't know if I should take my car or truck or motobike around. They are all cleaned and maintained so well it gets hard to figure out which gets priority.

A real struggle is not knowing what I'm going to do from day to day for dinner. I am in the best shape of my life. It's so daunting I tell you. This plays into looking and feeling so good that the vibes I put off get me attention.

I have women that look at me and if I chose I could pursue them....but why? The juice just isn't worth the squeeze. However, there is this pretty girl at the mall I may hit up for her number and coffee date. Maybe. I dunno.....the struggle is so real though. I'm not sure if I'll ever make it.

 

It's a real battle not knowing if I can cope with the peace and quiet. The no drama in my life is so taxing at times. Making a great income......being a good father........setting my schedule.....it's all just getting too much. I'm not sure how to handle this.

 

As you all can tell by my smart ass post. IT DOES GET BETTER. It's how you choose to look at life. I dropped a 150lb parasite from my life. Someone who made me comfortably miserable for over 20 years. And now what? I AM THE PRIZE. I AM HAPPY\JOYFUL\PEACEFUL. You too can be alone without being lonely.

The thoughts and prayers are appreciated but not really needed. Hang in there fellas.
