Q4ALL; at what point is a victim no longer a victim?

When they no longer self identify as one? Have forgiven the perpetrator? Harbour no ill will? Or no longer reacts emotionally? Perhaps when they have received ‘justice’?

My stance is stated in the title; One is either a victim; or they are not. Internal Dialogue trumps all. First, one must make a conscious decision to no longer identify as a victim. Then, take action, to become so.

There is no middle ground.

Is this take reasonable? Or unreasonable? Why?
