Look, I'm not saying it's ok for people to do horrible things to other people. But it irks me a bit when people complain about no justice when there are steps that have to happen to get justice. And yes, I understand how hard it is for men to be taken seriously about being raped by women.

People can admit to whatever they want, but without a complainant, nothing can be done. You can say that you killed someone, but if there is no proof or evidence, there's nothing that can be done.

Does it suck that people can say these things without any repercussions? If it's actually true that they did it, yes. Otherwise, no, freedom of speech (at least in the US). However, some people say things solely for the shock value of it, or the attention they get from it.

How many times have Hollywood stars gotten into trouble, or had a scandal when their career was flagging? How many have done things to bring attention to their name when they have a new thing coming out? It can be used as a form of advertising.

I'm not saying that's specifically the case here, but things like that have been known to happen. Without any type of complaint or evidence, nothing can be done.
