The dumb ones are easy. Just be the first to say hi! Honestly tho, lack of intelligence in a woman gets old real quick man. I’ve been that guy and being with someone who may be hot yet dumb as a box of rocks gets real shameful to the point where I’m turned off by them as soon as we’ve done the deed. If you have morals you’re gonna come to a quick realization that you’re just using them for their body. They really aren’t all that worth it as much as you might think. That’s just my two cents tho. Be attractive and stupid also. If you’re only the former but not the latter, then feign stupidity I suppose. If you’re only the latter, you’re likely out of luck — unless you have a cemented social status, family wealth, or that sort of thing.

But if you’re really serious about it, then you should join a fraternity. It will greatly increase your exposure to these woman, especially because of all the events held between them, events that might only be available for people in such organizations.

Honestly, however, these woman aren’t worth it. I have a freind who joined a fraternity and got with those sorts of girls, and it was fun for him for a semester, but he quickly tired and abandoned those pursuits because the woman were just so insufferable.

Dumb ones are no brainer -pun intended-; you can easily treat them like they’re ugly and they feel like they need to prove it to you that they’re not. This is why we see lots of hot ones with mid or even ugly looking guys, even to the point where they’re borderline abusive. These guys don’t put them on a pedestal. They’re not intimidated by the women’s hot body or pretty face.

The way to get any sort of chance at a positive result is to stop telling yourself the self serving bullshit story that THEY are stupid. Value and respect them as any other person, as yourself, and then you'll have a chance. Doesn't mean pedestalling them, be critical all you want as you are with a friend who you respect. Then, and only then, will you stop being a boring asshole and maybe, MAYBE, they will enjoy spending time with you.

These type of girls, at least in Europe, tend to be basically all into alcohol, drugs and parties.
