Im 36, im having success with milfs 45-50+, i think its because of my age and physique, how is dating gonna be when im older like 45+ will it be harder or easier? Would be interestingwith some insights

When I was in my mid 20s, all I got was cougars. I looked young for my age and girls my age weren't all over me like they were my friends. Since I turned 40, still look young for my age and get hit on all the time by 19-23 year olds and women my age seem more interested in guys in their mid 50s. I'm not complaining, the 20somethings are fun to be around but under 23 or so just isn't viable for anything other than casual dating as most of them are at university and not planning on sticking around the area due to lack of career opportunities and there not being much entertainment that isn't aimed purely at the students.

I don't know WTF any of these guys are talking about. Mid-40s here. In decent shape. Got many more options than I have time to pursue. Mostly fit gym bunnies in their mid-30s up to late 40s. Keep it up and you'll be fine.

Edit 2: Some strats that have worked for me:

Fundamentals: The three most important things are a good job/financial situation, fitness/style, and social competence. You don't really need "game" per se. But you should be comfortable talking to most people in most situations.
Pipeline: You need to have some way to meet 2-3 new women per week. Online dating is the easy button. Next easiest is social circle via gym, meetup, dance, yoga... whatever you enjoy doing on a regular basis. Hardest is cold approach, but also has the largest upside. This is super important, but most guys make it way harder than it needs to be. You can easily meet 10+ women just by setting up a dating profile and going out a couple of times per week.
Values/standards: Once you've got a pipeline in place, you need to have some mechanism for filtering who you want to connect more deeply with. If you're doing things right, you'll soon realize that TIME is the biggest limiting factor. You'll also learn that ironically, being more strict about who you spend time with leads to better results over time.

It's gonna be harder. 35-ish was the time of my life, it was insane. I enjoyed casual relationships with both younger and older women...they didn't take me seriously because of the age gap. Now that I'm around the same age as them they look at me as potential relationship material and want to rush into being super serious.

If you engage in what you intend to be a casual relationship, but things get serious between you two...hold onto it. Dating sucks regardless, but it only gets harder as you age.

Harder. You want to find a long term girl around your age. The pool will shrink dramatically, in fact it already has. The goal of pickup is to find a long lasting partner anyways, so success should mean that you find a partner that you can respect and grow together for the rest of your life.

Do not get mistaken that success is having sex. At your age thats the last thing you should be concerned about. Get the long term girl and have sex all day and everyday if thats all you want. But you are not afforded the luxury to make mistakes.

Now I'm 46 and this VIDEO or VIDEO or this VIDEO that is longer, was filmed two years ago in Ukraine. I can't say is harder or easier, I just need to give a sign that I take care of myself, my skin, wear nice clothes, being clean, smelling good.... and of course having a friendly, optimistic and playful attitude. Dating is on easy mode now. I love it.

Women my age aren't interested in playing games. They've done it (as have we) when younger so now we'd rather everyone just be up front about everything. They've already been having sex for decades so they don't have shame about it and are too old to worry about people thinking less of them for having casual sex.

The older you are, the wider range of women are available to you. Point of diminishing returns happens somewhere in your 50's depending on how you hold up.
