I find dating apps to be more effective. But real life approaches to be more rewarding because you had to risk / overcome face to face rejection.

The hottest/most valuable women aren't on the apps. Getting good at cold approach will make you better at converting dates from apps into sex/relationships. It'll make you better in a situation where you're introduced to a girl at an event by friends or with a girl you meet at some hobby.

In terms of efficiency you can't beat the apps if you're decently attractive and have a good profile but the journey of improving at cold approach is incredibly rewarding from a self improvement standpoint and also can lead to ridiculous situations you didn't really think were possible.

You should absolutely cold approach, It will make you better at flirting and improv in general. It will help your game when you actually talk to the girl in person. The hottest girls I've ever got with was from cold approach, not tinder or hinge.

Well, real life is always better than any app by principle, you learn much more social skills and experience from face-to-face interactions or rejections.

The point is: you might do different types of approaches, not necessarily stopping strangers. Sometimes you might look for contextual opportunities, sparking conversations with everyone for the sake of it. This stuff sticks for the lifetime, pics on dating apps are just… pics.

That said, nothing stops you to continue on dating apps, given that they already give you success. Why not?

But don’t forget to go out and speak with people.

Cold approach is way more fun.

Also being able to talk to any woman anywhere is an awesome skill to have and it’s always good to do stuff that gets you out of your comfort zone.

You get more success on dating apps if you're good looking. Dating apps are based almost entirely on good looks and good photos.

Cold approaching is harder, with a higher learning curve, but is way better if you're not gifted on the good looks department, since you can, face to face, display a lot of more attractive features than just looks. Also, the variety and quality of women tends to be higher than on dating apps if you know where to look. And when I say higher, it isn't necessarily just about looks, but everything else.

Cold approach is definitely more rewarding, but you have to put on the effort and develop the skill. Dating apps, as long as you have the looks, and good photos, you can already get a decent amount of success.

Apps are objectively more effective

there’s no real reason to do it regularly if dating apps are working well for you besides wasting time imo, unless you aren’t socially adjusted and need the practice

The issue with dating apps is that it’s you vs 200 men that also swiped on her. Even if she swiped on you back, you’re now trying to keep her attention against a bunch of other dudes that she matched with.

The beauty of cold approach is that’s it’s you and her 1:1 and conveying your personality is easier through voice and expression than written words on an app.

You should become a Full Stack Rizzer (do dating apps and approaches) but you’ll Deff see faster results cold approaching.

Cold approach was wayy better for me because my pics suck compared to how I look IRL.

The girls are also much better quality. Dating app girls usually have weird issues and are also much more likely to cheat
