Pushing out of my comfort zone to meet women—any tips?

Approach more girls. Get used to going out every week and build up slowly. Build tolerance to rejection.

Join social clubs, I’ve done salsa, mixed tag rugby and group singing lessons recently, made loads of new mates and met a couple of girls at salsa. But what is key us don’t go there with the expectation you’ll meet a great girl, just go there to make friends, practice social skills. You may get lucky and meet someone, but the purpose of all this is to build foundations for success in the future. You’ll improve your social skills and open up other groups you’d have never met before. And that’s how you meet girls. And if do eventually want to tackle cold approaching, this will set you up well.

Personally I like to go out to bars & nightclubs on friday & saturday nights to places that play music you can dance to. Then while I'm out, I try to be social and find excuses to talk to women that are there.

Its tricky really. Social norms sort of say leave people alone, don't be weird, don't talk to strangers. But if everybody did that, we'd all stay single. So I think the move is to go out and try to talk to women, but be as graceful as possible.

As men we don't necessarily know which women want us to try and talk to them. Inevitably, we're going to have to talk to a bunch of them to find the ones who want to talk to us.

And just to rant a little... most men & women are quite cowardly. The median man at a bar or nightclub approaches no one, and the median women goes home at the end of the night with no phone numbers. I know this because I go out all the time and see all the scaredy cats sticking to the little same sex friend groups they came with talking to nobody, and I see them wander from bar to bar, and then back to their cars or waiting for their Uber at the end of the night

At the bar works good too just is late and u need to go sober. Also need to go a lot

Nobody is 100% free of insecurity and approach anxiety, to some degree is inevitable. But if you're totally miserable, your progress will be minimal to none. If this is you, I'd get back to basics; Quality sleep (most important thing for health, including mental health), diet, gym (any kind of workout will do) yoga/breathwork/pilates or anything that can strengthen the connection between you and your body (gym can do this also) and a good therapist (one that's trauma informed would be ideal).

Try approaching one woman a day to build confidence in approaches first. You can try different openers and see what works for you

Exposure therapy in order to build your endurance to rejection is the final step in confidence with women. Once you stop caring about the outcome either way then you've won the game and you can move on to more advanced stuff like playing with their emotions (Don't take that the wrong way, women love it when you do that. I know it's counterintuitive but so are women 🙄)

Do something that threatens your ego constantly! If you are into strength training, try yoga! Go to theatres or trips solo, if you have a same style of clothing, try something different, go to walks without your phone! Make small talks with cashiers, receptionist, waiters/waitresses even if you have friends try meet-up groups, solo clubbing & also with friends. Make a 3min video podcast of yourself in public etc… And when it comes to day game, as soon as you see a girl, spot something you see about her(anything, clothes, accessories, vibe, etc) and make a fun observation about her! And usually the first thing that comes to your mind is your raw unfiltered truth, and people love that!

Here is a few tips. Women don’t like to be hit on when they’re working (servers), working out, or shopping. Stop doing that.

Find a hobby that actually interests you and then join those types of groups wherever they exist. You’ll meet people with the same interests as you, make friends, get introduced to other new people — and probably eventually meet someone who you like that will like you back.
