Still going through a nasty divorce and ex is taking child on an extended vacation. I feel bummed out and I have the same time period in July off. I’m based in the west coast and just wondering where a mid 40s single guy with some cash should go for his first trip. I have around 10 days to travel and want to keep it around 10k for total expenses. I’m just flipping through various destination sites etc and nothing is appealing to me probably because I’m bummed out about the ex and kid getting to travel and me not being able to travel with kid.
