I never had an Excel-List and I never wrote field reports.

Usually I reflected instantly after every approach - what went good / wrong, what do I need to improve. No matter what the outcome of the approach was.

You definitely need some kind of reflection about approaching imo.

I don't really think there's necessarily anything to learn from a failed interaction. This isn't computer science. It's human interaction with literally unlimited variables!! You could say it was your 'approach angle' which is why she rejected your opener or literally a million other variables that coaches will tell you was the reason, but I think that it's honestly just a matter of you not being her type. You'll drive yourself crazy trying to test all kinds of silly things and you'll be fooled by randomness.

I've pulled girls before I knew a single THING about 'game' from cold approach, and i've also been rejected a million times by girls after reading all of the books and implementing 'pushpull' and 'cold reads' and all that stuff

Unless you are doing something exceptionally 'off' when you approach (like starring at the floor and never once making eye contact) then it was likely nothing you did 'wrong' and she just wasn't interested. No amount of technical changes (approach angle, making better 'cold read' etc) would have resulted in success with THAT girl

The dirty secret they don't want you to know is that it's truly a numbers game. Boomhaur from king of the hill explained it best lol

honestly

i'm starting to believe, attraction is more of a primal energy that we have in us, and not so much what we say or do.
today when i was out for a walk in nature, i was being very present and thought i've no need to impress anyone at all, i looked at a woman. and she yknow, started playing with her hair, looking down being very shy.

Despite not even saying hello to each other.

i'm starting to think that, a lot of people are, very receptive to calm, present energy.

idk maybe i sound super retarded when i say this.... but i'm just starting too see so many body signs of attraction in women, when i don't think at all.

Just keep a log and write it down after, I improved by reflecting on the entire set and pay attention to her reactions

Yea field reports are really important if you actually want to improve and get better. Used to post them on forums to also get feedback. Having a wing helps too as they can watch your sets.

A little bit late to the party but you are 100% doing things correctly. This is a skill set, not a magic elixir, and the way you get good at this skill set is the same way you get good at almost every other skill set:

Practice, evaluation, root cause analysis, error correction, reps, repeat.

That's because it is a skill and the only way to improve it is to do exactly what you're doing. You've gotta take it seriously if you wanna get better
