She has sole custody due to a frivolous temporary restraining order. I beg her for 4 months to get therapy for the kids cause this shit is fucked for them.

Finally I give up and just book it myself for one of the kids. Kid is totally engaged and enjoying it, after being anti therapy. I found one he likes.

Low and behold, now she has a therapist for him and insists that he goes to 2 therapists, totally pissing kid off. Keeps insisting that "his mental health is more important than his recreation", and denies his life to make him go to a second, redundant, and totally unnecessary therapist.

It's all over compensation for her previous complete lack of effort, for optics. So frustrating.

My ex, a couple of months ago, demanded to know the 'number' of the ferry my girlfriend, daughter and I were taking to the Isle of Wight.

All it does is sail down The Solent from Southampton, which is essentially a big wide, but short river. And there's about sixteen of them a day in both directions.

"Well, you ask me for flight numbers when I take her to see my family in Spain" as if it's anything like the same thing.

Fuck me!

My Ex asked me what shampoo I was using on my child. I told her (it was the same shampoo I used when we lived together). She didn't believe me. She then demanded a photo of the shampoo despite telling her what I use. I then showed her a stock photo (from online) of the shampoo because I was at work. She then responded and accused me of lying and saying "You clearly aren't going to be honest".

what my ex would absolutely do that, it makes total sense, she wants the annoying parenting tasks to be scheduled during your time for sure and doesn't want you to have any extra time to ingratiate yourself with the kids even if she's at work and the kid is sitting home alone.

Kid got busted using AI in school. Ex messaged teacher and then refused to tell me what happened. In the school app I can only see the teachers response. I asked ex to share the messages. She refuses and claims I’m being demanding and that this doesn’t relate to custody matters.

Ex has never coparented and she is bat shit crazy.

Another story which is just plain stupid. Teenage daughter arrives for my week. “Daddy can you take me to target, I need tampons”. No questions asked, we went to target she grabbed a shopping basket and I told her I needed to grab a few things from the home goods section. She grabbed what she needed. We met at the check out area and she scanned everything, I bagged and paid.

Not one word from her mother about her starting her period. My ex is the worst coparent in history.
