This is at best tangentially related to your post, but I want to throw something out there. Have you considered the possibility that you may have OCD? I know that probably sounds weird, but hear me out. The stereotype of OCD is someone who cleans way too much or always has to double-check they locked the door, but you actually don't have to care about cleanliness or physical safety at all to have OCD. Some OCD sufferers have completely different symptoms.

For example, all of the following are examples of how OCD can show up:

Obsession: Worrying that your friends don't really like you. Compulsion: Constantly asking for reassurance.

Obsession: Being afraid you're a bad person. Compulsion: Pushing yourself to always do the right thing, far past the point where it's healthy or normal. For instance, giving so much money to charity that you don't have enough for yourself.

Obsession: Being 100% sure you're right about something you believe. Compulsion: Researching the subject for hours at a time, thinking about it all day, watching a ton of debate videos about it to "make sure" you "really understand both sides."

I'm bringing this up because I have OCD myself, and I'm noticing some similar patterns in you. The way you post on this subreddit reminds me of my own tendency to seek reassurance and double-check all my beliefs. I think you may be engaging in compulsive behavior.

Does any of this sound familiar?

When something upsets you--whether it's something that grosses you out, pisses you off, scares you, anything--it tends to stick in your head. You think about it even when you don't want to.
You argue with yourself in your own mind a lot.
You really, REALLY want to be sure of certain things, but you never feel like you're sure enough.
You have a lot of intrusive thoughts, particularly about things that upset you. For example, you randomly worry about your loved ones dying, or you have a sudden thought that you should stab yourself while you're chopping food, or a bad memory pops into your head for no reason.
You think a lot about whether you're a good person, whether people like you, whether your beliefs are correct, or whether something bad is your fault.
You often think about how to prevent bad things from happening.
You have a lot of rules for yourself.
The more you don't want something to be true, the more you worry it is true.
You have a lot of thoughts you don't really believe/agree with. For example, you step on a crack in the sidewalk, and you remember the children's rhyme about how if you step on a crack you'll break your mother's back. You don't actually BELIEVE that's going to happen... but somehow you're thinking about it anyway.
You took things like that ^ really seriously when you were a kid.
You're just an anxious person in general.
You relate to a lot of the posts on /r/OCDmemes.

If any of that rings a bell, you might want to talk to your therapist about getting tested for OCD. To be clear, I'm not saying you definitely have it. I'm not a doctor. But I'm seeing some of myself in you.

I feel orion taraban's stuff is fairly balanced. I screen pretty hard for the usual make men angry women are all stupid whores mindsets and don't really see them with him. I won't say 0% of his content isn't redpill. I also won't say 0% of the redpill is incorrect. For a comparison, when he was on fresh and fit he described a relationship as a pilot and a copilot / second in command dynamic whereas myron described one as the man is the pilot the girl his stewardess (ie stupid pretty useless person).

I don't think it's a coincidence that he distances himself from fresh and fit / the whatever podcast. He still does podcasts and i'm sure he could get on both any time he wants and i have to assume he chooses not to. He's probably aware they're not great for his brand.

I thought about making something called the White Pill just helping young men with the current world because the problem with modern feminism is that it tells young men basically all the things they could potentially do wrong versus actually giving them advice that will make a girl like them because it will scrutinize so many other things with modern radical feminism.

A lot of young feminist boys come to that rude awakening when they start trying to date because all those stereotypically toxic masculine things that seem stupid suddenly become so important because women actually like them I was watching a video last night encapsulates our modern problem

Progressive women's progressive thinking sometimes contradicts with their animal instincts which is probably why you'll still see the most educated women still sleep with and go after criminals bad boys jailbirds for that reason even though those men don't fit in their own ideology as women

Something that helped me was a young man was radical not caring and approaching women because dating for men is generally a numbers game you could be everything right on paper as a man but still end up year single just because you're still expected to approach and women will have so many options of men approaching so you really don't have the time or luxury to sit and analyze or even have rigid standards unless you'll be single for years

you mean like in a non black and white manner ? cause if nuance is what you re after you will not find it in any pill. not the colored ones and not the ones that begin with "anti-". i do applaud though your need for nuance and id tell you to just be the change you wish to see in this world and dont worry about the ripple effects of that. let the chips fall where they may. in this day and age we all have to be purists and virtue signallers and go out of our own ways or do mental gymnastics just to satisfy the opinion of an invisible judge sitting over our heads judging how congruent we are to the things we said we believe in. theres no room for truth or critical thinking this way. we stopped forming conclusions from thinking. we now think in order to reach specific conclusions. welcome to 2026. at least cannabis is legal. that helps.
