I'm a bartender, I see all sorts of things and I've always brushed it aside. However, this week 3 things happened that if the genders were reversed would have ended up with a male getting fired or in a jail cell. So to start, I was in work on Wednesday night and one of my female Co-worker came behind me when I was making a drink and started running her hands all over my torso and waist. I told her not to touch me like that and she called me a pussy. However if it was reversed I would be fired/arrested.

The same night one of my Co-workers was out collecting glasses and 4 girls from a soccer team that had been drinking all day started grinding on him and grabbing his dick. It was completely laughed off as if he should have enjoyed it.

Lastly, I went out for a drink after work and bumped into a friend. She was crying and saying she was really down and I asked her if it was to do with the call I had gotten off her when she was drunk the previous weekend where she told me that she thought her ex boyfriend was going to rape her. She looked at me as if I had two heads and asked me what I was talking about and the continued to deny saying that before storming off. Her friend asked me what happened and I told her. So I'm at the bar and next thing I start getting punches in the back, I turn around and she hits me in the chest a few more times. We argue for a while before I tell her to turn around and walk away so we can sort it when we're both sober. It's at this point where she slaps me across the face as hard as she could twice. This was in front of a whole crowded bar where I know all the bartenders. Nothing was said. Not one thing. I'm sick of this shit. Apologies for the wall of text, I'm on my phone.
