Honestly, bro, when you're that fat I don't think the exact lifting plan matters anywhere near as much as (1) lifting regularly and not fucking off, and way, way more importantly, (2) eating less.

Stop lifting your fork from your plate to your mouth.

You don't need to unburden yourself to someone, you just need to (1) lift, (2) diet, (3) get the fuck out of the house, and (4) get some hobbies, including the hobby of lifting heavy weights and the even better hobby of eating less food.

Discipline and consistency bro.

Edit: Use the fucking smith machine. Use the purple dumbles. Use whatever the fuck they have; your muscles are probably so atrophied they'd grow after lifting your kid's legos. Don't go looking for perfection you're not fucking training for Mr. Olympia. Jesus.

You can do SL with a smith machine, it just sucks and use a back brace because you’ll be off in your stance and don’t want a back injury. Mostly you just need to focus on diet. That’s the most important thing at your weight.

PF should still have dumbbells, and if not a set for the house is pretty cheap. Then hit Youtube and you'll get dozens of routines you could try. You'll spend a little more time that way, but you'll see results quickly if you stick with it.

Get a real gym membership when you can, but don't let a lack of one be the excuse you tell yourself to put off getting started.

Here’s the good news:

1) you’re fat and have room to improve. The body is easy to change. I would argue it’s easier than changing from beta personality traits. Physical pain and discipline is easier to acquire than an alpha personality.

Here’s the bad news:

1) you probably lack the discipline to consistently make the right choices to change your body.

2) you probably lack the discipline to change your fiber from beta to alpha dominant slant.

But if you want to start with some diet and exercise advice I’m a master at efficiency and returns on investment of diet and exercise.

Lifetime max lifts: BP-325lbs, squat 495lbs, DL 585 lbs

Current old man deloaded workout weights 5x5: incline bench press only 175lbs, squat 215lbs, deadlift 260 lbs, OHP 135lbs, row 175lbs.

6’, 175-190lbs range, BF fluctuates 10-15%, i choose which body I want and when. Easy come easy go for me probably because of my peak lifts by age 18.

But my workout and diet keep my T levels high at 900...

All you need are the big lifts right now until you lost it all

Bench press Squat Row to shoulders. Row to chest Deadlift overhead press

10 rep warm up 2 sets 8 reps. 6 sets. Heavy as you can keeping form.

You body will burn calories as you build muscles do this every 4th day and keep up on the machines except the days before

I feel for you man. I’ve been married 2.5 years and just had my first kid and what I received from not just my wife, but also her mom after my son was born, I swallowed the red pill - hard. Because the way she was treating me made no sense.

I’m also 5’7” - I’ve lost about 10kg on two or three several occasions. Eat right + cardio like every day and then when I relapsed, I next tried intermittent fasting and keto diet - got the same results, dropped 10kg. My struggle is keeping it down, but intermittent fasting is giving me hope. I’m continuing to do IF as much as I can.

Also - about your dead bedroom, I’m in a similar situation. Something I also realized is that she has never initiated sex. In the 10 years we’ve been together. I always chocked it up to me having a higher labido - but after getting married and living together i now realize there’s something more.

I just held frame all day past couple of days since I started MRP. Owned my shit and did my best to pass shit tests.

Anyway, tonight I tried initiating sex and got shot down. She’s still reeling from whatever the fuck emotional state she’s going through that actually made me swallow the RP!

It’s fucking disheartening to still be treated like this. I guess what I need to do other than reading more is work on my physicals and start lifting.

Women can be utter cunts and I’m seeing that so clearly for the first time!!!!
