You're missing the whole point of catch & release or even deciding to fuck her...it's about developing abundance mentality.

If the whole exercise is "absolute torture" or "a horrible feeling"...then you're going into it with the wrong mindset. You should start from a mental position of feeling like the world is a place of abundant pussy waiting to hop on your cock because you're so awesome. The game of catch & release is just a way to reinforce that frame of thought and prove its validity.

Once you firmly grasp/internalize abundance mentality, you have to transition into how to use that to improve yourself and your situation. I like to think of it as an octane booster for Dread game. How you apply it is up to you.
