Confession time, I had a mild case of this (timewise I had no problem, so long as I kept everything measured. But when I turned poundtown up to 11 I felt I had no control). I made it a point of my RP plan to improve this aspect and you should do the same. I'm sorry, but 15s won't get the job done.

I experimented with aids (condoms helped and the delay sprays really worked) but those aren't solutions. Edge. Premature ejaculation is mostly related to tension and pressure.

Recent ejaculation
Clean the pipes twice in the 24 hours before sex and you may have more endurance. This is because there's less pressure in the pipes.

Mental
Stop thinking about holding off the orgasm. Learn meditation, or maybe tantra.

Muscular tension
Reverse kegels. Lots of reverse kegels, several times per day. Guys can train themselves to cum from Kegels and other muscle movements without touching their dicks. You need to do the opposite. Then do reverse kegels during sex, relaxing your pelvic floor. A very tricky technique is to clench your pelvic floor hard when you're getting close, then release. It works if you can get the timing right, but I found it easier to just relax without clenching first.

Breathing should be slow and deep diaphragmatic breathing. Keep your thighs, abs, and shoulders as relaxed as possible.

Your core should be strong. Squat, bench, deadlift, and plank your way to a body that can effortlessly maintain your position during sex.

Late to the party but here's the things I've tried with some success:

-BREATHE. Best advice I've heard. I actually noticed as i got closer i'd get all tense, like every muscle including diaphram and would barely breathe. Focus on that and take a deep breath every now and then.

-Slow down. When you get lost in the rush it's easy to just keep going faster and faster until "crap did it again". Unless she's telling you "dont stop" slow down every now and then.

-Change position. 15 seconds isnt really enough time in ONE position so this might not help as much...but just a brief pause sometimes helps break the avalanche toward a blown load.

-Tighten your quads. Weird huh? I picked up a tip awhile ago that the best way to get rid of a hard on in public is to tighten and hold tight your quad. Something about diverting bloodflow away or something? IT FUCKING WORKS.

-Think about math. I find spongebob episodes to work for me but think about something else.

Finally, be careful what you employ. Ive been in situations where I'be tried these to last longer and suddenly Mr. Winkey is done playing if you catch my drift. And it's almost like there's a refractory period that accompanies it. Really sucks. But just a heads up.
