It’s that simple. I don’t owe anything to anyone. I act of my own will. No one can convince me to feel or think anything I don’t want to.

I live my truth. I am the only me. I am not manipulated.

I am free.

There's two kinds of uncomfortable feelings: “I let myself down” and “I let someone else down”. I let go of every single “I let someone else down” without hesitation. Sorry not sorry. I can't care because the bucket of “I let myself down” must be addressed immediately with no excuses.

I come first.

Always.

I can't live by everyone else's values and still meet my own. I have no expectation of others to live by my own personal values. Even if they tried to uphold my values, they would fail. And if I tried to uphold theirs then I would eventually fail. But living up to my own values is the only scenario that creates an abundance that I can share.

Or not.

Again it’s only my values that matter. To think I could solve your problems is arrogant. To solve my own is mandatory. You may think this is narcissistic, harsh or unethical, but of course I don't care. I'm too busy continually raising my own standards, and I have no time for yours.
