I've noticed how Joe keeps saying he "cant side with these MRA guys" and only mentions divorce rape as their one credible issue... then he goes on to bring up redpill after redpill issue. I think he's aligned with this place but he knows he doesn't really need to say it out loud. Kind of like how you can write a redpill truth in other subs as long as you do it without the codified words or under an account with trp posts.

I met Joe a few years back and he definitely carries himself very well. I saw him at the improv and I had some friends that worked there so we hung out with him after show. He has full sleeve tattoos that he never shows, so after about 10 drinks I asked him why he never wore short sleeve shirts in a very politically correct fashion "what are you covered in swastikas or something?". He immediately looked at my buddy and said "you guys should go somewhere else". Fucking message received. Dude is short but a giant ball of mass, very intimidating.

Alright so if someone could help me learn a little something here that would be awesome. How does the concept of holding frame apply to a video like this. Undoubtedly he got the upper hand in this confrontation, but he didn't exactly keep his cool. How does this fit into the philosophy?

I didn't read the entire thread, but I think I might be the only one who found his reaction over the top. It looks like he is not in control of himself, like he gets off on the drama and conflict.

He probably chose to engage her because he is farming her for material. That makes sense to me. This isn't a good example of what to do for us non-comedian rp guys. It's not a valuable use of time. He didn't convince that woman of anything. You can't engage a feminist and "convert" her. If you find yourself in a similar situation my advice would be to excuse yourself and go talk to someone worth fucking, or at least someone worth talking to.

I don't think what Joe did was wrong in any sense of the word. You have a right to express your opinion and outrage at her behavior, and a right to defend yourself from unwanted touching. Just be aware that he is a comedian and a celebrity, and he was farming her for material with a camera recording him the whole time. I wouldn't react the same way because I'm not him, I'm not doing that, and I don't have that, lol. Fun to watch nevertheless.
