They give some good advice on lifestyle like the value of cooking, staying fit, and not being annoying, but you don't need RP to tell you that.

If you're into the type of relationship and men they like, I suppose it's a good place to help you keep that going. Nowadays people sorta look down on women who wanna be super submissive to their men, but if that's what you really want, ok then. What I can't get behind is the idea that their theories represent the ultimate truth for all relationships.

Question for the women here, does knowing TRP help your relationship? In what ways?

Not really, my relationship has nothing of RP. I remember visiting the RPW sub a while back and reading the post of a woman talking about how her "captain" would go on work trips and have sex with other women while she stayed home with their children, she said it turned her on. That really isn't for me.

It doesn't help me at all, if anything it makes me scared that some people actually do think like that. I am in a relationship but if I turn out single again it might help me to find out some pick up strategies just to make sure I won't fall for them.

I was pretty Much already involved with HBD and the manosphere when I met my husband, I have never been a feminist or leftist or not on the alternative right however it existed my entire life. Nothing in the red pill was shocking or surprising to me, it conformed with my experience of the world. There were aspects of it that significantly helped me understand by husband and the dynamics of our relationship, so Much so that I attempted to help other women with it as a moderator of RPW

I think TRP can probably help some dudes get casual sex. That said, the only benefit I get from hearing the internal machinations and external behaviors of RPers is that it makes me grateful for the man I married who clearly does not share their values or tactics.

I don’t buy into a lot of RP although there’s some nuggets of truth it’s just usually bogged down with a bunch of anti woman “men are wonderful” bullshit.

RPW though isn’t TRP. I’ve never spent any time there, I’ve heard it’s really gone downhill since merps and non married single women took over although I don’t have personal experience. But I have some RPW friends here. There are things I’ve come to learn they would consider “red pill” as part of RPW strategy that I did which definitely helped my marriage.

I would also be the stereotypical woman RPW aims to “help” - high dominance, will walk over men if they let me (unintentionally), needed to learn to temper those impulses and stop competing with my husband to make my marriage work.

This is coming from someone who grew up and actually considers herself tradcon. While we do believe that the husband is due a certain level of respect and authority RPW takes that up to eleven. I was especially sick to my stomach when in a thread where most users were warning a user to leave asap a mod and/or EC tried to encourage the user to stay with a guy who slammed a chair on the ground and threatened to do the same to her, saying "only you can know your captain's anger and if he'll actually hurt you" or some shit. I stopped checking the sub out entirely after that.

The Red Pill is nonsense. They take things that are partially true then warp it into the most harmful way of going about relationships. RedPillWomen is decent but I always see a few wild bluepills/feminist comments.

RP women is not very much like TRP and the women and the sub find it beneficial to understand TRP so that they can know what to avoid.

It's the same for me... knowing about the red pill helps me to know what to look out for in guys. It's only been a couple times, but I have known some guys that wound up sipping that juice and I could usually sense it early on and it always put me off / caused me to either not date them at all or stop dating them.

Funny similarity is that all 3 of them were into JP somewhere along the line. Either before meeting me, one introduced me to him, and the other I discovered found him out more recently (years after we had encountered each other). And ultimately they all had the same vibe and insecure/controlling behaviors. And they were all quite easy to talk to, but interestingly enough they were either very charismatic or very awkward And none of them had friendships with their mothers.

Places like RedPillWomen seem to have a very detailed set of rules to improve your relationship.

r/RedPillWomen had once been a good place, but it is swarmed by black pills nowadays as the new mods lack a lot of finesse, I would recommend r/redpillwives or equivalent.

Does it really bring you happiness and higher quality partners?

Some do, some doesn't. You need to check a better sub tho. The only thing I am sure that works is to take care of your appearance, as it surely is a heavy factor in men's attraction at least in the beginning.

I doubt it. But like I said, too many black pills.

I think that being aware that women don't walk on water and their actions often do have consequences is good. I.e. being a shit bag human being has consequences, being emotionally unstable or selfish and demanding isnt gonna fly with good men etc

I already bought into some of the fundamental ideas premised by TRP (female hypergamy, for one) before I ever knew about the sub.

I learned about the Game and PUA strategies when I was a teenager after some guy friends explained it to me. It was extremely insightful and I’ve utilized some of the techniques myself, as a bi woman, both to attract men’s attention and to ‘capture’ women.

Learning about TRP specific strategies is important to me because it has already crept into mainstream pop culture and more importantly influenced IRL events like Incel driven terrorism. One random example of how it’s helped my personal life is that I’ve stopped nagging my SO as much as possible because I recognize where it’s actually coming from. It’s also made me anxious to capitalize on my feminine youth and beauty since it is apparently more valuable than I ever thought.
