The way it was defined to me is "Disregard females and seize the means of production" however that is a tongue in cheek definition. Basically what it means is you produce original content like literature or music which communicate thoughtful and intelligent ideas. Anytime you express yourself you're creating a window in the inner you. That's what attracts a significant other and what provides the means for bonding to take place.

For example if all you do all day is play video games (which consists or pointing and shooting, or repeating the same builds over and over again or literally dungeon crawling for hours on end) then you won't have anything interesting to talk about. Or, if after you watch a movie all you can say is "It was good" then your significant other will immediately designate you as boring and uninteresting.

However if you spend time writing up reviews and analyses of movies, books or anything else then you will quickly be able to offer meaningful conversation about the finer points of whatever you do together. If you play guitar then you can write love songs about how you feel about her. If you write books you can can do the same with short stories. However you decide to express yourself it will give your personality more depth and intrigue.

You can't just open up to anyone though. You'll have to do it when the moment is right, so keep at it and eventually a woman will come to you.
