Rolling one's eyes at your partner is correlated with a higher chance of divorce

I recently attended a seminar on "The Anatomy of Emotion" taught by Chris Landreth, and he mentioned an interesting study.

Apparently the researcher recorded spouses interacting with each other with no prompting, and followed up two years later to find that the majority of couples where someone rolled eyes at the other were now divorced.

The rolling of the eyes is a very mild form of disgust or contempt. In that moment you feel above the subject you are reacting to.

I'm uncertain of the exact researcher, but when searching "eye roll spouse" in Google, there seem to be a lot of sources confirming this study.
