I am not disputing the truth of Red Pill ideas one way or another. However, I think that social ideas are accepted into mainstream culture not because they are accurate or true, but because they have a chance, however small, of a net benefit to society. Do Red Pill ideas accomplish this? In other words, does the Red Pill perspective have any productive suggestions that may lead to a better society for men and/or women collectively, not just for those few men who have the most game at the expense of those who don't?

So far, I have not seen such productive suggestions. I don’t see how taking the Red Pill will help men overall because it does not prevent the main problem they are concerned about, namely hypergamy. Even if you could use "game" to make women choose different partners, all that would do is put a different set of men at the top, the ones with the best game. (Instead of the richest ones, the best looking ones, etc.) Also, the Red Pill can lead men to be pushy, which is a net negative for women. In evolutionary history, women who were raped presumably suffered for it even more than now. Thus, women hate and fear pushy men.

This lack of net positives could explain a certain marginalization of the Red Pill perspective in mainstream society. But maybe I am missing something and Red Pill advocates may have some "net positive" ideas. What do you think?
