I'm not sure where this myth got started. Single fat women don't get athletic guys.

But to answer the question, a decent gal who's 5'4" should be around 120lbs

For a woman, generally 100 lbs at 5' plus 5 lbs per inch. However, it depends on how their weight is distributed. Heavier girls who still maintain that 0.7 WHR hourglass figure can look good if they don't have a cubby face.

For guys, a body fat percentage of 15 or under. For guys with a typical build, a BMI of 25.

I don't recall ever seeing an "athletic" guy with a fat chick. I've seen very average-looking guys with fatties; maybe a 4 dating a 6.

Casual sex is a different matter. When I was in the army virtually all of us were fit and athletic. While I never participated, there was a bunch of guys who occassionally would go on a "buffalo hunt". On a designated Friday or Saturday night they would all specifically target fat chicks and try to fuck them that night, but just for a ONS.

I remember a saying: fat chicks are like mopeds - they are fun to ride but you don't want anyone to know you have one.

Fat is when:

The stomach waist area is as large or larger than the hips.
Th BMI is in the overweight range.

This differentiates from attractive women like this versus ones like this

Fit for a male is high muscularity.

It happens often where I live. fat is when they have a gut/ muffin top, for both genders.

I think some extra weight on either gender still classifies as fit. Being ''athletic'' looking is above average.

Nice shoulders and biceps, manly hands. That's fit. Fit for my liking.

Fit for a male: some muscle definition - by definition someone who can do anything which demands physical fitness, even if it doesn't grant the look. That's if you're going fussy. Fat for a female, if I see rolls and muffin tops that tends to be a good indicator.
