I know coffee dates are out and a waste of time and I think some men are getting hip with that... so now they suggest a quick meet and greet. I did search and found some older posts where some members say “it’s okay” and others are like “hell no”.

I’m reluctant to think that it’s going to lead to a dinner date either and even a quick “meet” will probably require more of my time effort than what is it worth.

Or am I thinking about this all the wrong way and meet and greets are expected for OLD? I rather just meet on a video chat, make sure we’re both who we claim to be and then plan something from there.

And if it’s already written in the handbook (I thought I scoured well enough) just point me in the right direction. Thanks!
