Should paid sex count toward one's N-count?

I haven't seen this one brought up in the discussion of partner counts, and I am curious to see what people think about this.

First, lets define the three areas of what "paid sex" constitutes:

1. Prostitution, or escort services that involve any anal, vaginal, oral, or handjobs/fingering.

2. Sugar daddy website arrangements, or types of long-term prostitution services(such as Dan Bilzerian)

3. Non-cash trades for sex, such as sleeping with your boss for an advancement at work, or blowing a drug dealer's dick for drugs.

So in your opinion, does paid sex count towards a mans N-count? As in he paid for the sex in some way. Does paid sex count toward a woman's N-count? As in she had sex because she was paid for it in some way.
