I know women who value a good body over everything and others how value a good personality above all. Just like men women are all different

But in terms of taking care of yourself then there is no excuse not to take care of your face. I groom my eyebrows, and use acne cream every night before bed. A blemish-free face bumps you up a couple of numbers

Honestly for crying out loud: lift.

It changes your face dramatically and raises the living hell out of your testosterone level, builds discipline, makes you not give a damn about other's perception of you, helps you improve, girls love you, you become humorous, your mind works faster, you can pull off more all nighters, you can be more beta, you can be more alpha.

Until unless someone lifts regularly (3 times a week) I can't take them seriously when they complain. I myself have recently got back into lifting although I'm blessed in other areas but lifting is still important. It breeds discipline. I have an exam at 3:30pm but at 4am I hit the beds for 90 minutes, then went and lifted for 40 minutes and I feel fresher than any energy drink could make me and I feel proud for not missing a workout despite everything going on today.

TL;DR Lift.

I would disagree.. As someone who has great facial aesthetics. Source. I can say that its more-to-do with how you're playing your cards. Lots of women will see a handsome man and simply think "Oh, he's an arrogant cocky asshole" and won't even give me the time of day. That and most women aren't super receptive to men who aren't good communicators.

So I would say, in my personal experience, that being a good communicator and making women feel comfortable are the best ways ensure success with women.

We all know women love to talk and relax, be the most relaxing person they can talk to.

I'll admit to this. I care very little for body type, with the exception of muscles which I dislike. When I say "Ooh, he's hot" it's because I like his face. Sometimes just the right facial expression is what catches my attention. Some guys can go from "average" to "Wow" just by smiling or smirking.

I have known many facially average or even somewhat ugly (not hideous) players. I'd say at least half the dudes I know with p counts > 20 are average looking facially, but compensate with status of some kind, or god tier charisma. In my observation and experience, very good looking dudes are more likely to have a low p count of equally or slightly less hot girls, like a male 9 will have a p count of 4 at 23: a 9 high school girlfriend, a 7.5/8 college gf, a 5-7 hookup/fwb and another hookup or gf. I've actually had absurdly good looking dudes ask me for advice on how to bang girls (LMAO), mostly because they heard exaggerated stories about my sexual exploits, and also exaggerated stories about how I "ran" my relationships, lol. In retrospect, I think what they were looking for advice on how to be empowered in their relationships, because even though they were with really hot girls, the balance of power was still heavily in the girls favor. In TRP terms, these were very good looking betas.

It's not #1, but, I do recall three times that my jawline alone has gotten me positive attention. Once when I was going to school in Virginia, and twice since I have moved back to Miami. However, it's only your "in". My whole package of a square jaw, big bucks haircut, 6'0", 6 pack abs and what the ladies have called a wicked / devilish / not fair smile. And still it's hard out there. Women are so spoiled they have no idea
