Personality, yes.

Status, no. (At least for me and many men. For others they could improve their level of attractiveness through status, but probably not to the extend they hoped for).

Well I do know many women who work on their personality, and while it's not a negative thing on itself and might make them relatively more attractive, it will never override physical attraction, as can sometimes happen when genders are reversed.

If a woman wants to work on her attractiveness, she can temper her attitude, learn to be pleasant instead of combative (which is what most western women are like these days), work out and eat healthy, learn to put on makeup and maybe learn to cook.

I don't care at all about a womans status and personally prefer simple girls that don't bother with careers.. career women are always a pain in the ass..

Personality is the biggest seller by far. Whether its a ltr, fwb, or one night stand, a fun carefree girl is the best.

That's once you've already fucked her and you guys are involved with each other more. That's the growing process that men go through: we have to grow to like a woman because they're naturally unlikeable. It's very rare for a guy to luck out and meet a girl that he hits it off with right away (in terms of personality), but there's still a training process. The girl having a compatible personality just makes the training period easier.

Yes, female improvement would definitely help her SMV and RMV.

The issue is the things that would help chicks are different from the male attributes.

So being a CEO would massively help a guy, but would lower a woman's attractiveness. As would massive muscles.

Some are always the same... Be attractive. Don't be not attractive.

A good girl list would be

1) Maxinise your looks and youthful appearance

2) Be your ideal weight

3) Don't be bitchy/a nag

4) sexually adventurous

5) be obviously stable/loyal to him

6) Have your shit together enough to be financially independent but don't be much more highly paid than that

The guys list is completely different and 1&2 on this list count more than the rest combined.

A college degree has nothing to do with personality improvement. Status improvement does not increase attractiveness for women.

Women can improve a lot by working on their looks. Also their charisma, showing admiration, flirting, submissiveness and sexual skills can go a long way.

Other than that, it is just about not being annoying. Status, being interesting, etc., it hardly matters.

I don't expect women's entire lives to revolve around getting men, so I'm not saying women shouldn't be interesting or have great jobs - I'm just saying that in terms of being attractive it is irrelevant.

RP types are the minority of the dating pool and have different standards. Women do have it easier because if they don't met RP standards then they will just get asked out by BP men. The RP search for an unicorn is a daunting task.
