Do you live with her? If not, message her and tell her to go ahead if she wants to, but not to bother contacting you again either way. If you do, tell her that you'll talk about it when you're both home, and if she doesn't want to discuss it with you like an adult then there's nothing left to talk about (though I would still strongly recommend ending it, it's just easier logistically to do face to face if you're flat-sharing.)

Arranging a date with someone else while in a relationship to manipulate your partner is horrible behaviour from anyone. If you wouldn't treat her with that level of disrespect, don't let her treat you that way.

My advice is to say you have an emotional opportunity. Recognize your emotions, communicate them to her, and plan on getting on the roadmap to finding a new gf whether she goes on the date or not. Don't deny, avoid, or dwell on your emotions. Acknowledge them and trust that they will leave in due time.

No matter what happens with you and chicks, you'll want the skills to acknowledge and communicate your emotions.

It's like she's playing a particular card with you, she wants to see you show some emotion and talk about how you feel. I'm going to take a stab in the dark here and guess that she's been waiting for you show/talk about feelings for a while and you haven't, so things have built up over time to where she's ready to drop a bomb on you: "Show 'n tell how you feel or I'm outta here!" is what she's saying. The problem with it being an ultimatum is there's a 50/50 chance things will work if you do show and tell. She's put herself in a win/win situation, for sure.

So you may as well go through the show 'n tell process because I'll bet $100 your next gf will drop a similar bomb on you too if you don't learn to communicate on that level. So this is probably like a major opportunity to practice.

On a side note, you DO NOT want to marry this girl, regardless.
