She's always asking me if she looks fat, so we're gonna do a 10k fun run, and I got her a gym membership and a book on fasting.

My side piece says my place is never clean, so I got her vacuum. (Yes, a Dyson)

I took the jump off to a suburban Red Lobster because she wanted something fancy. We did it early because I'm out of town on Friday.

TFlowers and a poem to her job where the other ladies see, and for her card wall in her office. Taking her and her bff to mardi gras too but we don't leave til the week after vday. I plan on finding a stage so I can woo her w a song I wrote about my madness for going down on her. I've never performed except karaoke so it's a big deal for me

We will exchange cards and say, "I love you," numerous times. Hubby will grill some fillet mignon over a charcoal fire and we'll share a nice bottle of wine. Then we'll put our kids to bed and have some intimate us time and fall asleep in each other's arms.

We never do Valentine’s Day. Neither of us care. I don’t like sweets (do they make a heart shaped box of tater tots???) and he gets me flowers with the groceries every other week or so. We eat out all the time and don’t need an excuse to do a nice meal. He just got showered in gifts for Christmas and my birthday is coming up. Hardly seems worth the fuss. I don’t begrudge anyone else but Feb is just not a month when I want to do anything extra.

When we were young and broke we bought a bunch of romantic food to have an indoor picnic and ended up stoned and giggling eating it standing in the kitchen. We’re just not the scheduled romance types.

I always boycott valentine's day cause I'm pretentious that way. But really it's too cheesy and kind of lame to be one of the million couples doing what i can do any other day with less crowds
