I reported a post that promoted to extinct all male humans to the reddit mods. (not in a sub you mentioned) ... nothing happened...

You see a lot of red pill rage here, but there where like 1000 new guys here every week, who discovered they got betrayed and lied on.

One of the 1st main goals of r/mgtow is IMHO to get over this rage.

And the reason for the quarantine had to do with a guy that had nothing to do with MGTOW. I think it was some white nationalist who had a Jew hate fetish and they linked him to this sub and I guess that was enough for them to quarantine us.

The r/adultery have people admitting to cheating on their partners. Most of them are married women. It's hypocrisy and everyone, including the reddit mods, know it. And they don't care, because they have the power, at least on this site.

Reddit will slowly die as they censor and ban more and more voices they disagree with until it becomes a shithole echo chamber. It's how everything in life is. It's also one of the beauties of capitalism; once something becomes a shithole, other people will create better competition for people to flock to. Eventually, a site will spawn that will overtake reddit. It may take 5 years, it make take 10. What's guaranteed is that it will inevitably happen. And when it does, we'll be there with the popcorn to watch it burn, because they did it to themselves and they will be reaping what they've sown.

I also tried to make a topic on this subreddit although idk why it didn't go through, but basically we need to start thinking of an alternative site. It starts with the quarantine, but will inevitably become a full blown ban, and we need to get a backup plan.

Ok so I think that you might have missed a bit of the point, you say you know many wonderful women, we all do, we also know that at any given point in time those wonderful women given the right circumstances can and will change from being wonderful to the most singular horrid nightmare you've ever met, not because they have but because they can.

There is a very good reason we say AWALT, we know that not all women are actually like that but it becomes the default position for mgtow to hold, this is because when we are at that default position we don't allow ourselves to be fooled into thinking that she won't when she can. It's actually no different to women who hold the belief that any man they allow into their lives is their murderer. Yet nobody raises so much as an eyebrow to that and when men then say enough is enough then everybody gets upset.

Now as for the rest of your post, well yes there are clear issues with abuses of power, any forum in my view which claims to be open to free speech is actually not doing a very good job.

What the mods seem to misunderstand is this, for most men going through the mill there is nowhere else to turn, therapy is very expensive when your funding a divorce, kids and an ex. When people say get a grip, man up and be a man.

When people say, men must have the right to speak up and then when they do they are shut down. This forum stopped me from taking my own life, when things went to shit for me, the men on here pulled me through without them I would have been another suicide stat.

Without the ability to rant and vent about my emotions on here I can only think about where they would have been vented, afterwards though there came a point at which I just couldn't hold onto it any longer and had to let it go, the men on this forum were there for me then too, the support and good wishes they gave, and advice was something that was totally without count, no value could be placed on it.

For me it would have cost thousands in therapy, money I didn't have and certainly would not have been able to spend on therapy as it would have been going to my ex.

The point then of mgtow and something that everyone outside not only misses but actually wants to miss is this.

The point of mgtow is to move through the hurt and pain to arrive at a place of peace from which we can move forward, accepting of our part in our lives to learn to be stronger and better men and to be clear about what we want and what we will and will not accept.

For some it's dating for others it might be marriage and for others it's no contact but for all it's the absolute clarity that it can happen again and to never allow yourself to be so fooled that it will happen again and you don't see it coming, the knowledge that trust and respect is not a right but something that has to be earned, that words and actions are two different things.

If that is something that bothers people then fine, for mgtow it means that we are doing something right. If it means that we get banned, fine we'll find another place and continue to save lives.

It's ironic that this is the type of behaviour that comes with the onset of dictatorial regimes. In this case not far right, but far left. It's sad to see, specially because of the reasons mentioned by the OP.

As if the only thing MGTOW stood for is hating women, that just shows the lack of insight and interest (in men). It's simply an ignorant judgement call, very, very troubling. I do expect them to ban other subs like FDS, which is the mirrored/copied version of any PUA/RP-like blog, except it's run by women. If equality is one of their values. It is highly doubtful tho.

I got permbanned from FDS for defending my father when they said that all men were good for was their money, and refusing to join their circlejerk. He cared for my mom when she had terminal cancer before she died. I wouldn’t oppose a quarantine.

But: one of the top posts on r/Mgtow2 currently states that they are happy to have finally found a sub that’s about the positive side of Mgtow. I agree with them.

I think r/Mgtow2 is a great sub. I’ve also learned a lot from this sub and at times this sub is also good. But it just isn’t anywhere near the positive uplifting environment that Mgtow2 seems to be and I believe that’s because the mods at Mgtow2 are much stricter on content they let in.
