Just got back from the gym :) Been going exactly a year this month. Gone from a 120 stick to a 140... Thick stick.

Literally just changed jobs so I can stop working 10-12 hours and got a nice 8 hour shift in my warehouse to return to my MWFSS gym schedule. Lost most of my muscle the past 2 months with NO time for the gym. Work 4 am - 2:30-4PM and lifting 250 lb marble tables all day wasn't conducive to having a life or a gym routine.

Nice gains bro! I'd love to be as big as you. Good inspiration brother! I'm getting there.

Ex was just as lean and probably a gym rat. That’s the only conceivable way a girl would call him fat. I did the same thing 5 years ago. Lost weight and shredded up. The only girls who know the difference between 10% and 6% body fat are all about the “gym, tan, laundry” life.

I just got back myself. I hit the gym regularly, I just need to watch my diet. Stop eating like an idiot or an asshole. I can get back to 180 or 170 from 194-196. I drop pretty easily all things considered, I just need to actually try.

Women are so fucking shallow, if you just gain a little bit of weight, they will dump you. So that's another reason, not to invest any resources into them. And it pretty much tells you 100%, they are incapable of love and loyalty. You have any kind of health problem and/or something makes you look less attractive and they make a run for it, even though you've done so much for them in the past.

Nice work, I started packing my food and going to gym since april, 6'3 tall went from 280 (126kg) to 238 (108kg) so far, half way there. The hardest part is keeping those snacks away after hard workout, when skinny friends buy them all the time. xD
