How do you know it's your bone structure? It sounds to me like your simply taking your rejections and giving yourself a reason for it. Even burn victims and wheelchair users manage to get girlfriends.

At no point in this post did you mention whether you are lifting or going down the gym. If you're depressed it sounds like you're wallowing indoors. Get the fuck out and get on with life.

Forget the girls for the moment, go focus on getting yourself sorted.

Guys there's a general couple lessons in this, don't unneccesarily end a positive relationship unless you're feeling confident, fit and/or there are major red flags / personality conflicts. The post is way too histerical to answer seriously; no girl is worth your life, so even mentioning suicide is ridicolous.

But there is one takeaway point: TRP makes it seem very easy to get laid, to the point when "dump her and fuck ten other women" is often suggested. The reality of the situation is that many men - due to their lacks, or busy career, or whatever - do not have that easy an access to pussy. By dumping a girl they often end up in long dry spells.

Don't get me wrong: if your girl doesn't behave right, or even if you're just bored, you shouldn't stick with her. But before dumping her, get one or more plates: in other words, branch swing. It's what women do every single time, so no reason for men not to do it.

I've been doing facial exercises for 1-2 months. The changes are getting so obvious I'm realizing why surgeons would tell you not to do them. Maybe try that for a while. It was weird at first and my jaw cracked a lot. Do them every other day till sore a couple times a day. My jaw even feels better. You can do them while doing other stuff so it's not even a waste of time.

I've read a lot of the posts and here is my honest opinion.

From what I gather, I personally think you were better off before TRP than you are now (duh?). Although, you weren't that better off considering the situation you are describing.

Also, you seem to have some genuine problems with your outlook on life or you may actually be ill. All I can say is try to persevere in solving these issues, and keep going to your therapist if you feel like you're getting better. If not, find another one.

Hey man. I know what you're going through right now. I am only 20 so i know i have a level of optimism and opportunity that seems more promising right out of the gate, but I'd like to help since I've been in the suicidal situation after breaking up with the only girl who loved me so far. It's been a long while since we broke up and I still miss her every day, but i can tell you with honesty that this subreddit saved my life. My advice is to stop reading self posts and read the sidebar in its entirety, or otherwise just stay off of here. I recommend the sidebar because it teaches you how to make your life so enjoyable that the love of one person is insignificant to how you feel in your day to day life. I'm a 5'4 black dude who would KILL for your physique and height, but i learned that the reason so many short people are bitter is because they spend all day comparing themselves to others. Yesterday I ran at 9 mph on a treadmill for a full mile and a half. Me from 2 years ago could NEVER do that. Hell I couldn't do that last week for fucks sake. I can maintain 8mph now until i get bored and I've never done that before. I squat 225 for 5+ reps easy now. My bench press is the strongest it's ever been. If you told me I'd be here after gaining 20 lbs my last semster of college I'd never believe you. These stats arent amazing but i dont give a fuck anymore because they're better than who I used to be. On top of that I've stopped wallowing in sadness for feeling behind other classmates for not having an internship or passion for summer but I've spend every day learning something I know will help me in the future and I've already taught myself so much for free online the past month I've been home for Summer. I've gone on adventures with friends, I kept trying and after 50+ applications I've found someone willing to give me a job for the short 3 months i have left down here to make a little money on the side. Hopefully it works out as training isn't for another 2 weeks but I'm keeping my fingers crossed and applying still daily. What I'm saying is the pilld oesn't work if you keep reading field reports and just go out and get rejected. I haven't approached a single girl over this time period I've been down for Summer, but I've stopped obsessing over getting loved. So much on here talks about not obsessing over getting laid but no one talks about obsessing over getting loved. I realized I wasn't approaching for sex back when i kept trying to meet girls, I was doing it looking for that same spark my ex had in her eyes when things with us were going smoothly or when I did something to make her happy. I have been institutionalized by the state before. I refused to take their medications and thanks to the grace of God my insurance found out about my institutionalzation and refused to pay because I hadn't shown enough need for it during preceding years. Mainly because i kept everything pent up inside. Either way they kicked me out of the hospital and i doubt i would have left any time soon had i kept refusing meds. I was suicidal going in as well as out of that hospital. I missed her so much back then. I miss her so much less now because of all I have to look forward to. I'm a bit jaded now but who isn't? What I'm trying to say is you remind me a lot of myself and I hope for the best for you. Don't give up on yourself. You have way more options than suicide or drugs. Stay away from self posts. Broke up with the only girl who ever loved him, couldn't find anyone even close to a woman who would even like him (he is 36 btw), depressed and suicidal. I was really worried about him and the best advice I could give him was "Hey man. If you kill yourself, you are turning your back on something amazing that could be just around the corner. Surviving depression ALWAYS pays off in one way or the other and that's something I have seen for myself". Literally 2 days after his darkest evening (I really thought its gonna be the day he does it), this motherfucker meets some girl out on a parking lot and what happened later just blew my mind. That goal should be your self-improvement and better life. There is no need for you to go away yet. Most importantly, do good things in your life. Try to improve this world, and to decrease the suffering in this world. After you do lots of good things here, i'm sure that you will be rewarded for that in the other world. Do you understand? Do lots of good things here, and you will be rewarded richly in the other world. But also do not let others use you and exploit your goodness. Just wait for your life to finish normally and try to do good and productive things here. You will be rewarded for that.

BTW maybe you should try with women from other countries, cultures, or other races? Always try something new. It is the nature of men to be creative. Try to use that creativity. Change things. I went through a bad time in my life when I was 30. I went on Paxil (an SSRI) and the straight dope (no pun intended) as best as I can give it to you is to take them for a couple of days - a week max - to flatten yourself out and get an even keel - but then GET THE FUCK OFF THEM. I dragged it on a bit too long until I clued in to the fact that I was no longer depressed and it was - ironically - the anti-depressants that were making me feel depressed.

This is just crazy talk. I have my issues with alcohol but given my employment history (military, legal, education) illegal drugs have always been a no-go. However, in general, it's a fucking stupid idea. (Weed is becoming more legal but I have no interest in it.)

OP: you don't "become alpha". You have to consciously develop traits - behaviours - that are considered alpha.

Fucking infuriating. There is a limit to how much I can preach here. But you have to work what you have. Hair - facial or that mop on your head - should be used to compliment your bone structure. Just as a for-instance, a goatee (or for those in the know - a Van Dyke) presents a stronger jawline. Plus a full beard can cover up various imperfections in your skin or nose.

More importantly, a buff body and a good haircut can compensate for being "fugly". But personality is key. Not to pick on Hispanic senior citizens but is there any doubt that Edward Jame Olmos or Danny Trejo could not get laid at the speed of light despite their obvious facial imperfections?

Therapy is better than drugs if you have the right therapist. Batting .500, I got lucky.
