I have learned the lesson the hard way. Before the red pill I was gullible and naive, blue pill as fuck. I'm studying pick up since 2009 with zero results with women and even friends. Women brutally rejected me even for simple friendship. I was a short, fat bald nerd who believe in NLP and quackery like remote seduction, law of attraction and similar. For me swallowing the pill was insanely brutal. Now I'm a total different man, I go to the gym, I've deleted tb of porn from my hard disk, joined the NoFap. I quit videogames too, because I wasted my teens and 20s playing videogames and jacking off to porn.

Women are ruthless, they will never see a low SMV male as a human. They don't have empathy or compassion for omega manlets.

Lesson learned : Don't put women on pedestal, don't trust women, raise your SMV as soon as possible before trying silly pick up methods.

My advice for people who playing videogames : quit NOW, because you are wasting your life in an imaginary world. Try reading non fiction books, It's time better spent and an investment for your future.
