Is it a criminal trial then recovery is done through the state for wrongful prosecution.

Just sit tight and get through another day. Start a journal about what is happening and how you feel, what you have gone through. That way when it is all over and you feel it isn't worth the hassle to sue her into another dimension. You pull out that journal and read it. Then you go get a second or third job to pay attorney fee's. You won't get a nickel out of it from her but you will have destroyed her credit and possibly put her in jail a few times. Every seven years sue her again for stress and anxiety for not paying you. Make the cunt your hobby until she suicides. Any bitch tries to put me in the penitentiary for 30 years will face this from me.

Jail** Prison is the place you go to after you are sentenced. My ex sent me to prison also. I accused her of cheating on me, said some mean things to her. She got violent. I grabbed a necklace that was around her neck to try to restrain her. The necklace snapped and put a gash on her neck. When the police arrived she told them I tried to strangle her to death. The cops ate it up made me look like a horrible women beater in court and I went to prison for 2 years. She got my home which she turned into a trap house, my pets which she abused, and all my belongings. Thankfully I got my pets back because my neighbors rescued them. Now currently on parole for the next 2 years of my life which they could send me back to prison on a dime. Life was destroyed and am now living in a bording house. What really gets me is a women can just destroy a man's life and everything he worked for with no consequences. Is this what I pay taxes for?!

Actually, I plan to do more than that. I'd like to have a long conversation with a lawyer and generate a guide for everyone how to avoid and defend oneself from false accusations.

I've been through a very similar situation, even firing my first lawyer too. All started by a woman, of course!

If you have a team, let the DA think you only have one lawyer, then school them at trial. This worked for me.

Most of all, do not write or say anything about your case.

In my case, I took the stand against a cop. I won, but man it's a dice roll I do not want to do again. Great luck to you!

I have a story for you. But just like you, I’m embattled in the court system and cannot give much detail. I will say that being falsely accused ain’t no joke. I am thankful I have not had to spend a day in jail. The power women hold in the court system is scary as fuck. I’ve been accused of assault and manslaughter (talk about delusional). I’m lawyered up. The detectives are also veterans like myself and they have my back (yes, I know never trust LE). I’ve been diagnosed with ptsd from the whole experience which will hopefully wrap up at the beginning of the new year. I’ll post an update once the dust settles in my world as well.
