Seriously though, it's fucking fantastic. I know it doesn't go for everyone around these parts of course, but even if all the laws were good, even if marriage had 0 negative impact on my life whatsoever, I'd never exchange my freedom to tie myself to a woman. In the end, even if they didn't cheat and kept their hypergamy under control and all the rest of it, they're still women. They'd still make your existence a miserable one.

I’ve worked hard to get to where I am now. Why would I marry someone and then they can take half of it away from me, regardless of any pre-nup that was signed.

You grow up in your late teens and early twenties looking for the right one when your hormones are raging and for most people it never comes. Some of us were lucky to have had a Oneitis that always ends up fitting the hypergamous mold. How naive I was at the time to only think it happened to me because it really did fuck me up emotionally. Later on down the road we discover the red pill and put all the pieces together. Those of us who find ourselves here realized the whole time you've been learning to take everything head on by yourself without that emotional attachment. Yet for some reason as the wall approaches men and women start looking to 'settle down' thinking that all those red flags, past history, and lack of certain values will automatically be reset as a clean slate.

If you've made it this long without tying the knot then you've never needed it. Perhaps it's time society takes a good look at itself and comes to terms that only a handful of people are marriage material. I don't mean that in the physical or material sense of partner standards, but rather from a purely spiritual standpoint as the majority of children aren't being raised to believe marriage as a sacrament. For most the soul of marriage has been lost. Why tie yourself down into such a contract with someone who never believed in it outside of the narcissism, vanity, and fear of dying alone ? Most of the youth weren't conditioned for marriage and we're now seeing the consequences.

I'm 31. I always wanted to marry and have kids. That's really all I wanted in life, to live that idyllic little fantasy of having a loving wife and cute little kids, to be a devoted husband and father. It's pure fantasy though. I've had two long term relationships, two women I fully intended to marry and spend my life with. Both cheated on me. Over time I woke up and smelled the coffee. I've looked around and observed every relationship around me, and I thought about the marriages I've observed in my own extended family. They're all toxic. The men are hardly loved or appreciated, the women act more like parasites than anything. Now that I understand more about marriage and the gynocentric laws and having read and observed so many horror stories I'd never want to get married. I'd adamantly refuse it.

My dream is some unattainable fantasy. I've lost purpose in life. Can't help but wonder if there isn't some way, some means of having my cake and eating it too. Maybe I could find some means of having kids without having a woman complicating life and draining finances.

In the meantime I've got this community. It's good to know I'm not the only one in this boat.

I'm 29, for the past 5 years I wanted to meet a like minded woman to start a family/build something with (this is pre-red pill), they were more interested in partying and chasing chad. I had some success but was never good enough I suppose. Now that these same women want to settle down I just want nothing to do with them at all. The stove burned me one too many times.

I was blessed with loving/supportive parents and the saddest part of all this is that I have to accept they most likely won't get grand kids and I know this will hurt them.
