I remember my wife would want to "help" me do stuff like this. It would always turn into...shouldn't you do it this way or that way, shouldn't you do this first etc. I would ask did you come to help...or supervise? This would piss her off and she would teach me a lesson by having sex with another man. Lol.

3 2.5l? I just got one and I'm still getting used to the clutch on it. The off the line leaves much to be desired but I am enjoying the touring kind of acceleration. Looks great under that hood.

Reminds me: i used to service my gf's car, headlight replacement, oil change, brake jobs, cleaning, troubleshooting, calling in help when in over my head. The gratitude from her lasted about 1.2 hours then as soon as i 'do something wrong' to 'piss her off'all the good graces and karma i earned for hours working on her car, saving her hundreds of dollars, goes out the door...

Something i dont think would happen among men, we can keep score and maintain our alliances far better IMO

What's the difference between cars and womyn?!.. cars, you remove the dirt and polish it up to make it look good. Womyn: you hide the dirt, and brush it up with paint so it looks like it's good. Nice detailed job bud👍👍

Clean the engine itself more behind the plastic.

Gives much more visability for oil leaks/swetting.

Also:

- Refill/flush coolant.

- Refull/flush breakfluid/air breaks.

Make sure no water in ecu/fuse department.

Get an cheap ODB reader.

What's the point? The car goes just as well whether the engine cover and hoses are clean or a bit dirty. The parts that need to be clean are internal and protected by seals and filters.

Looks great. How did you clean it? I’ve seen dudes use the hoses at car washes; I’m wary of spraying water under the hood.

I use the foaming degreaser by Gunk and some rags.
