Hey boy,
I wish I had the chance to get to know you. You were never born, never existed, but I think about you often. I dream of times where I could look upon you and see a beaming smile, your blue eyes shining in the sunlight. You may not be real, but I know I love you all the same.
I want to take you outside to play catch, to push you on the swings, to take you to grandpa's and go fishing. I want to be there for all your scraped knees and bumps and bruises. I want to lose my given name and replace it with "Daddy".
I wish I could have the chance to buy you a bicycle, help you take off the training wheels. I wished I could buy you a car and get nervous as you peel out of the drive way.
I would love to be told "he looks just like you." or " That's your son alright!" To watch you score touchdowns and home runs, to watch you play with your friends in your little garage band. To have the privledge to watch you grow into a man.
But this is something I can never have, you can never be a reality. I can't bring you into this world, simply because I cannot find a woman that is fit to be your mother. I can't find a woman who is willing to work with me to provide you with a happy and proper home to grow in.
I refuse to let your mother be some bar whore that pisses on the streets. I refuse to let her be some psychotic manipulatior who's master plan is to take you away from me. I refuse to bring you into a world where the cards are stacked against you, where by merit of your white skin and blue eyes makes you a public enemy.
The world has changed these last few years. It has changed in ways that no child should have to grow up in. War is coming, both at home and from far away.
You do not exist, not because of fear, but because of love. For I love you too much to willingly put you in harm's way. Even if you were here, by the time you become a man, I will be dead. I cannot protect you from those who would do you harm just for fun. And this is why you will never be.
Love, Just a Man

That is pretty much common sense at this point given the unprecedented climb in single motherhood households, which are also the most dangerous places for children.

Second most dangerous.
The MOST dangerous place is mommy's womb. Kids are lucky to make it out of there alive.

The concept that friendships or relationships with men and women are transactional. Whether it be financial, emotional, or physical, humans pay a price to sustain their relationships. Ideally, Op would find a woman who has the same goals as he does (having a family). If, however, he ever stops paying the transactional cost of the relationship the woman is completely free to leave. Even if he fulfills all of his duties from day one, she may still leave. More than likely she will take the child with her and he will sustain its life financially. As the family courts have shown time and time again, children are the property of women.

How many women have you been with to conclude that only .1% 'suck dick'? Again, this is a subjective metric. Based off of my experience, many of the people I know, and many of the things I see and read, it appears to be a lot higher than .1%. What percentage of women initiate divorce again? How often do marriages work out where the woman is the breadwinner again?

-- It really isn't "good" for girls/women either.
Seriously... despite getting nearly everything they CLAIM to want, they are NOT "happy" with it -- they're obviously also NOT "satisfied" -- and the vast majority of them will never be "content."
[–]Cubular-Sucr0se 0 points1 point2 points (3 children) | Copy Link
[+][deleted] [recovered] (2 children) | Copy Link
The inability to be satisfied at the dating stage is only a trivial "tip of the iceberg" compared to how it usually presents itself in the middle-aged marital stage (and on into the later post menopausal, much less "retirement" stages).
--
Well what they want NOW is generally "more" -- and dictated primarily by fads/fashions, trends among their peers, what they see in media (including so called "social" media), etc -- and they can't know what they will want tomorrow... because no one has told them what will be "trendy" then.
-- The core point of which is that one cannot achieve "satisfaction" (or "contentment" much less any long-enduring "happiness/joy" {i.e. "happiness" that extends beyond the moment, the trivial/ephemeral quick "thrill"}) -- unless one has some long term goal, and a plan to (personally) WORK to achieve it.
Things that one is "gifted" -- regardless of how luxurious or even functional -- tend to NOT provide or create "satisfaction" -- largely because little or no effort (on the part of the recipient) was involved in the obtaining (particularly "creating") of it.
When virtually NO effort is involved -- and whatever "thrill" is generated is one of "surprise" (at some "gift" for example) -- people commonly (and often quickly, especially when the experience is repeated) become "bored" with it... the chief thrill being the receipt/unboxing; lacking even any substantive involvement in an "anticipation/expectation" phase.
-- That CAN be true of men as well as women, it's just far more common with the latter (especially in the present era) -- and particularly with things "technological" (which for all of most people's comprehension of their gadgets may as well be "magical").

It's both.
If a man is well-connected (and that need NOT be at the "elite" level, for there are various levels in bureaucracies), and/or is a "part of the system" (particularly the "liberal" part, helping to promote "the narrative") -- and/or if he has the potential to serve as some huge "PR value" to the system -- then they will (at least potentially) fawn over him... in no small part because they KNOW he will not "betray" them, but will actually collude to help cover & grow the system (of which he is a part; and likely dependent upon himself).
-- It is the more "common" man -- the un-connected, non-celebrity (and almost certainly "conservative" in political terms) "millionaire next door" type of independent single man that is seen as the "threat."
EDIT: Here's a sort of "perfect example" of the kind of thing I'm talking about. -- No offense to the gentleman in question (in fact I'm quite happy for him that he's been ABLE to adopt the boy; it at least looks like it'll be a "success" for both of them) -- but this is the EXACT kind of thing that is "allowed" (as a RARE exception) because it SERVES the system.
Among other things note the guy's profession: he's a "school teacher" -- and while he was (and apparently still is) a teacher in a private ostensibly "Christian" schooling system; it is nevertheless a part of the "system" (on board with various aspects of the "progressive" and largely "politically correct" mainstream narrative -- that is promoting "feminism" and "veganism" and "multi-culturalism" etc).
There is a plethora of further evidence in the article that he's "on board" with virtually ALL of that -- IOW not a "threat" to the system, but rather someone willing to "assist" it and collude with it (that is be "controlled" by, guided by, and subservient to it) -- to wit:
All of the above -- not to mention the willingness to PUBLICLY serve as a "poster man/boy combo" -- is demonstrative of someone who is (again) NOT a "threat"... but rather a "useful" exception... a case that can be used to LOUDLY proclaim that "See the system works!" and to thus "refute" the (still HUGELY true, discriminatory bias of the system as a whole).
-- And it is obvious that the bias still exists -- the article itself is actually BLATANT evidence of it.
Because notably, this is the ONLY case that is cited; there are no other examples given. THAT is how "rare" this kind of (single dad adoption) thing really is... the system "allows" a handful of exceptions here and there, and then wide "shows" them off, in order to allow the system to continue doing what it is doing (which IS in fact to HEAVILY promote "single motherhood" -- because increasing, the vast majority of foster kids are "DUMPED" into single-woman households -- that's the REAL trend that is buried within the article; and which it attempts to {and largely succeeds at} misleadingly covering up).
