I will abstain from commenting on what I think about the situation and the judge but there is something else that I think is noteworthy here.

Look at her photos, the ones with full make up and the one taken by the police. Holy shit! is this the same person?

As a matter of fact, I insist on passing a law prohibiting make up of any sort.
