Hi guys,

First of all, allow me to thank all of you for your contributions to this subreddit, as I’ve come to really appreciate it being here and, by extension, all of you for making that possible.

My question is a simple one, and I’m sincerely hoping a lot of people will contribute here. I know there’s a sidebar with a lot of information, but my question goes beyond that: if you had to take a 16 year old high schooler who was indoctrinated with liberal bullshit nonsense (like that which we’ve all been victim of), and who sincerely believes women are fair and decent, like they’re portrayed on TV, and you had to give him a crash course over the course of let’s say one day, what would you think was most imperative to teach him?

My question is in regards to dealing with women, mainly, but to life in general, as well (lifting, for example, helps you land women, but also helps you establish deterrence for males who look to bully/gains respect, etc.,).

If you boiled it all down to a handful of “golden rules” that encompass the most important and worthy lessons to teach this boy—out of all the knowledge and wisdom pored over and discussed here—which would you choose?

In weightlifting, there are the handful of basic exercises that are understood to be the most important (bench, squat, deadlift, presses, etc.,). What are the “basic tenets” for TRP knowldge/truths?

Thank you very much in advance, guys. This is not a BS post. Hoping to hear from you.
