I'm sorry to hear about what you're going through. In my custody fight she's pulling the generic "abuse" card. Nowhere near as evil as the rape one though but it's strangely hard enough to fight it.

It's no wonder they pull this stunt. The burden of proof is so small, and the leverage is so great. From what I'm seeing, even though my ex has no evidence they still want to rule on the side of caution (just in case the allegations have truth to them). You can't prove a negative, and it's more difficult to show there's no abuse than to show abuse, but burden of proof lies with the accused to show innocence rather than the accuser to show his guilt.

So it's very disadvantageous to men's cases, especially how (at least in Illinois) the ball already starts off in the woman's court by her being automatically named "primary care custodian" from the very start. She starts off with all the rights to the child (visition is granted at "her sole discretion". Yes, thats what the law actually says) and you have to negotiate with her and the court for how much of her rights can be given to you. It's an uphill battle from the beginning and coupled with any false accusations it can destroy any hopes of being able to be in your child's life as much as you wish.

When I was a police officer, this stuff wasn't uncommon to encounter.

One of the worst ones I dealt with was when we got a call for a domestic. I showed up, in the wife claimed that the husband had raped her earlier that evening. The husband denied even having sexual contact with her that day. So, I took her to the hospital to have a rape kit performed.

At the conclusion of the examination, the nurse pulled me aside and told me this was a legit one. I called my co-worker, who then told me the husband admitted that he found out she was cheating (husband felt embarrassed).

On the way back to the house, the wife didn't seem as upset anymore, and asked what would happen next. I told her that I first had to type up a search warrant for the husband's DNA, and get it approved by the DA and District Judge. Then the DNA sample and rape kit would then be taken to the state police lab for analysis. Once the results were back, appropriate charges would be filed. This woman's jaw hit the floor and her face went pale. She then started crying and told me the DNA wouldn't match.

The worst thing about these false accusations, is that historically DA's did not want to charge the false accuser, therefore the fact that these occur never went public. luckily the high-profile cases that have been in the media the past couple of years have been changing that.

I wish you found the redpill sooner. But mainstream media is hell-bent on hiding this kind of information from men. They want males stupid and ignorant about the fact that woman can ruin their lives in the blink of an eye. Long-term relationships with women are a high risk situation. Any girl could do that whenever they want.

I personally have hidden cameras in my house for security. Even in my bedroom. And I turn them on before a girl comes overs. And if I'm at her house, I have an app on my phone that records even when the screen is off. So I get video or audio of the whole encounter as well. I record nearly all of my sexual encounters. I actually make out with a girl and before we start having sex, I say "tell me you want it" or "we don't have to do this" or something like that. They say "they want to", And then I get my recorded consent.

Yes, I know its probably illegal, but a lawyer will have an easier time fighting a surveillance crime than a false rape allegation. I have never shared any of my videos online or anything so the girls never know, unless they decide to try and accuse me of something, which hasnt happened. I don't date any of these females long term (no more than 3 months max). And they're usually just fuck buddies that I rotate through. A roaster of sort. And the cameras security camera serve as alibi as you can prove when and where you were at most times. Luckily for me, none of them have ever accused me of anything. I know it's extensive, but I've heard enough false rape stories to want to protect myself.

This disclaimer needs to go, because we should be "diminishing domestic violence victims." The concept of domestic violence, as it's presented to us culturally, is a fantasy. The image of the cruel tyrant relentlessly beating a helpless woman for no reason is almost entirely a feminist strawman. Women are, more often than not, fully complicit in the situations that result in them losing a physical confrontation with a man. That doesn't mean a man who goes overboard isn't wrong, but TRP of all places should not be accepting any part of the "real victims of domestic violence" narrative. When a man starts shit and gets hit, we don't call him a victim; we say he shouldn't have started shit.

At the end of the day you will be financially ruined. And if you don't have the resources, most likely you will end up in Jail. Fortunately for some of the above cases, the men appealed and their initial guilty verdict was overturned.

I've had my share of hurt and deliberate attempts to make my life a living hell as well, so I can completely relate to this story, although my story has no allegations of rape. Besides rape, some vicious 'ex' status women will also attempt to file false claims in order to garner a restraining order, ultimately, to steal your belongings. I'm not going into those details, since this thread should stay on topic, but thanks for posting this dreadful example of toxic women. Hopefully, it might wake others up too, before they go into debt with lawyers, just to protect themselves from nasty, hateful females.

Women pull the "rape" and "abuse" cards quite often because they work. It works because the justice system is full of white knights who'd love nothing more than to send a 'bad' man to prison to protect a woman. Things would be different if the justice system wasn't set up this way (it's by design btw). So what do you do? Document everything. Protect every base. Cover every exit. Even with you wife. Trust nothing to "he said she said" because you'll likely lose.

I'm sorry you are going through this. Since there are no consequences to making false allegations, they are regularly used for leverage in family court. When I see guys on here wanting to believe marriage or cohabiting can work if you are only alpha enough, I wish they could see stories like yours. Once you get married, she acquires a full arsenal of legal weapons to use against you. And when money's at stake, women you'd never believe would make these kind of allegations indeed do.

It's like, I'm not planning on raping anyone so I haven't really looked into the laws. I don't know what constitutes evidence. I definitely have seen some pretty shocking cases, so I know you're pretty much just fucked no matter what but is there like a lowest amount of effort to have like a 80-90% chance of curbing it?

Like I guess there's a few different types of rape accusations and I assume different ways to protect yourself or avoid them? I assume there's a situation where you had sex with someone so the DNA would be there so you have to prove ... she consented? Like is the only way to do it some 50 shades of grey contract shit? I mean even then it just seems like she can say she withdrew consent at any time and you did one extra pump. And then there's the type where you didn't even have sex with them. I know thanks to Brock Turner if they even find finger DNA in her it's basically good enough now so you can't even finger a girl, but let's assume you didn't touch her at all in any way. I'm guessing you can still lose the case even if DNA evidence showed negative or wasn't performed? I mean I don't know why I'm saying I'm guessing because they can accuse you of rape 10 years later with no DNA evidence. Is the only solution to just not have sex or come within 6 feet of women?

I haven't had the fake rape accusation, but I have had the false physical abuse allegation. I was always very kind to my ex throughout the relationship. She was very violent, but I tried to help her through her mental health issues despite the abuse. Long story short I haven't seen my daughter in over 3 years and it came out later that she was planning to murder me and bury me in our back yard.

So that when they have to deal with a law system that's rigged against them they need not worry about paying a lawyer 1000$ and hour. You can also better yourself in court arguments by learning how top lawyers argue in the courts. Some of their argument techniques and available online for free.

I am sorry to hear about your situation man, i have read most of the comments of this post its a brutal reality that the system is stacked against us, women are at huge advantage if they decide to screw a man's life for whatever reason. I agree with guys who are recommending to study law i saw your comment that you are tried of this shit and have other responsibilities, but the harsh reality is that you are the who holds the faith of your situation. Right now it would be difficult for you to remain calm and think rationally,but this is the best time to study law it would direct your thought pattern to look for things that might help you strengthen your case and you would able to judge better if your lawyer is helping you or throwing you under the bus, with this new knowledge you can extract as much as valuable information you can in a $1000/hr consultation than you would otherwise. I have huge respect for you all who are helping other men in these kind of situations when even the closest one leave you.
