Honestly, they don’t come back. These types of men don’t have the abundance of sex they have lead you on to believe they have or perhaps as you just assumed. Most likely he is missing out on sex and thought that he could get it any time he wants when, in reality, he was only getting it from you. He wouldn’t commit to you because he thought he’d always have women at his disposal. As soon as you left, he realized he doesn’t, starts scrolling through his address list and probably started to hit up every girl he’s ever once messed around with. You’re very smart not to give in to him. Don’t even allow him to reside in your mind anymore; evict him from your thoughts. And, by all means, don’t even respond to him anymore. Block his number, he needs to know he does not have that power over you anymore. Even if he is being genuine, best case scenario is that you come out on top as “the one who got away” and then he will compare every other girl to you, and that should feel like a win.

However, men can become both hot widow and alpha widow of sorts. If you were super hot and now he cant find hotter it will forever be with him. Its all he thinks of during sex.

It's not a matter of a man having 'too many options'. Some men have very limited options and still don't want to commit. Maybe he is not compatible with you long term but he still wants the sex, or he may not want to commit to anyone at this time in his life at least.

Don't think that by bringing things to the table, you can get a particular man to commit to you. It's good to work on yourself, but not for that specific reason.
