If you gotta write or text something, do it to get it out of your system and send it to yourselves. Never to him. If you gotta yell at someone record a message and send it to yourself. Punch your pillow. Write in your journal. Vent to a friend. So many ways to direct those emotions.

Never to a man. He has not proven himself. He does not deserve to get anything else from you.

Get your power back. Silence is the most powerful thing.

Writing a well written response explaining how you feel is entertaining him no matter what you write. She’s not listening to you because her emotions are clouding her judgment. Cutting communication without a warning is the best way. Just. Stop. Responding.
