Has anyone stocked up on canned goods for quarantine? Does anyone have suggestions on what quantity I should get?

So far I've put about $100 worth of non-perishables into my instacart. I already have half a freezer full of veggies, mostly meat, fish, 2 loaves of rye bread, fruit and precooked beans and a week's worth of meals made and 5 cans of evaporated milk and other things. I have roommates so I can't fill the fridge up by myself they need room as well. I'm thinking of buying canned fish, canned veggies, 1 gal milk, 3 blocks of cheese to freeze, canned fruit, canned soups, 10 lbs of rice, 4 lbs of beans, canned chicken... I just don't want to over do it. I am thinking of having about 3 cans of each item. Already stocked on tp and soaps months ago when I moved in.

Just want to know if my grocery list is overdoing it. Thanks!
