Around four weeks ago I went on a date with a guy I met on OLD. The date went well, he said he looked forward to meeting up again, and multiple times showed that he was invested in having a relationship. The next day he messaged me and seemed interested still, then after a few texts he doesn’t answer me and waits until the next day.

Before he used to message me everyday (weird?), but he claimed he was busy with his two jobs and apologized for the late response. Eventually, I asked him if he wanted to go on another date (I’m not trying to waste my time) and it took him three days to answer.

He said yes, but only Sundays worked. I was busy the upcoming Sunday, so I told him it would have to be the next Sunday. He said he’d have to check his schedule to find out what time worked best for him and he’d get back to me.

Last Sunday was supposed to be the date. I never sent a reminder text or anything. I’m just mad. He seemed like a nice guy! I liked him, and I honestly don’t understand why he didn’t either a) ghost me sooner or b) tell me he changed his mind.

I don’t know why he did this. Part of me wants to send him a message out of anger, and the other part of me doesn’t want to give him any attention.
