OK so this is like the one I just looked at. Only difference is she's short.

This is another "Obese/Unattractive Woman Who Was Thin and Pretty a Few Years Ago". Nice hair. Pretty face. Nice attractive smile. She's photogenic. Good clear complexion. Dark/tan skin, not pasty. Looks healthy and well cared for. Under the weight is a well proportioned body with proportional breasts and some hip flare. When she drops the weight, she will look much better and will gain a lot. But not as much as a taller woman.

Shorter women have to be careful not to put on too much extra weight because it just never looks good on them. Their vertically challenged status accentuates the effect of the extra weight. To be blunt, extra weight just makes a shorter woman look fatter than she really is.
