I disagree. If you're in a relationship with a person who, without prompting, changes his child's diapers, does laundry, dishes, and cooking - the only thing that says is that you may possibly be dating an adult. (There are other qualifications for adulthood, such as whether one cleans, tidies, communicates, etc, so these four things are not yet sufficient proof.)

I don't like this tbh. It seems to imply "If a man does household chores, he respects his partner" but that seems to imply that household chores are the duty of the woman and I don't agree with that narrative.
