This is a bit of a random post but it’s something that’s playing on my mind a lot and wanted to hear other people’s thoughts on and how to deal with it.

I see a lot of posts from guys on here bemoaning the Western world and how it’s changing, particularly in terms of women and social media etc.

This stuff is annoying to me but less annoying than the constant pushing of identity politics and the increased prevalence it continues to gain. I’m from the UK and while we’re a few steps behind America in this regard we are really not far behind and always I am seeing more and more nonsense being promoted.

As an example this year I paid my university £14k to study there (in what has been all online learning) and was genuinely amazed to find out there’s a section of the careers advice team that deals with helping students target and land internships that is only available to BAME students (everyone other than white people). To think I’m paying the same as everyone else but being denied access to important things purely because of the crime of being white in a white majority country really pisses me off and contributes to the sense of disillusionment I’m feeling with the UK.

Additionally there’s issues in the UK with the rising influence of Islam and the problems that will bring down the road as they are largely incapable of integrating into the UK and hold many extremely backwards views that frankly disgust me (large scale grooming gangs that specifically target and rape white girls , arranged marriages, terrorism etc)

All of this contributes to the feeling that the UK is a lost cause and will over time develop into a terrible place to be a white male.

I’ve been debating what to do about this, should I stay and hope the tide turns, should I move?

Does anyone else hold similar views on their country? Or have I let social media convince me things are worse than they are?
